I have been trying to write this post for an absolute age but honestly, my health kind of took a back seat in July which is 100% NOT okay! I struggled to eat well, exercise and generally felt run down and bleugh!  I think it was that end of term feeling, and as I’ve said before, summer term is always a busy and full on one- so now the holidays are here, I get to spend time on myself and do things I just didn’t have the energy for a few weeks ago.  Writing I am making time to do what interests me and what relaxes me, so writing and photography are right up there! “Adequate sleep is a key part of a healthy lifestyle and can benefit your heart, weight, mind and more” (Health.com)    And believe me…I love my sleep! Just ask my husband who has before cleaned the whole house on a saturday morning, hoovering and everything while I’ve been like…..zzzzzzzzz!  So why is it that as soon as I decide it’s time to sleep my brain is like ‘OH HEY, HI, LETS THINK ABOUT LIFE AND BILLS AND SOMETHING I’VE JUST REMEMBERED FROM 10 YEARS AGO!’  I have zero problem sleeping…once I’m actually asleep.
