Colchester is a town that has many a restaurant, and I enjoy finding new places to eat with friends and explore on date night with the husband. However I often find myself wanting something a little different- enter Turtle Bay! Opening on the high street in Colchester town centre is this Caribbean cocktail heaven. I was invited along to their preview evening this week before they open on the 4th December.
