Today is Black Friday which means you probably woke up to approximately 1232138372 emails from every website you’ve ever visited telling you their ‘BEST EVER’ sale is now on. Aaaaand delete. Don’t get me wrong, I love a good browse at the sales but the majority of it is always things you don’t need but because ‘oooo there’s 20% off it!!’ We feel compelled to buy them! I think the best bargains can always be found in the homeware departments as these are things we generally need, from a new toaster to that duvet cover you’ve had your eye on for ages. “Adequate sleep is a key part of a healthy lifestyle and can benefit your heart, weight, mind and more” (Health.com)    And believe me…I love my sleep! Just ask my husband who has before cleaned the whole house on a saturday morning, hoovering and everything while I’ve been like…..zzzzzzzzz!  So why is it that as soon as I decide it’s time to sleep my brain is like ‘OH HEY, HI, LETS THINK ABOUT LIFE AND BILLS AND SOMETHING I’VE JUST REMEMBERED FROM 10 YEARS AGO!’  I have zero problem sleeping…once I’m actually asleep.
